It's fair to say that I did a reasonable amount of research into the high-ranking exchange places in central London, and I even called a few to get quotes. This place was the most helpful on the phone, and even more so in person. I would say that my currency exchange request wasn't straightforward, but it was clear they genuinely wanted to help. After making a few phone calls, they were able to sort everything out on the spot.

I'm very happy that I chose this place from all the available options. The gentleman at the desk was very friendly and helpful.
